Your journey will start off as a Manager Trainee quickly progressing into a Manager Associate I then Manager Associate II, while gaining experience for a future Branch Manager role. These positions are paid hourly opportunity for commission, weekly pay full benefits! Once you reach the Branch Manager level the pay becomes salaried with use of a fleet vehicle quarterly bonus opportunities.
Job Description:
The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required. Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed. Excellent written and spoken communication.
