Development Officer

Hesston College seeks a Development Officer. The Development Officer works to build relationships with alumni and friends in an effort to keep them engaged with the college and introduce them to opportunities for giving back to the college. Giving back may include financial donations, establishing a planned gift, hosting an alumni event in their home, serving as a class representative at Homecoming, promoting the college in their area and beyond.

Other responsibilities include:

● Invite financial support for the annual fund and the campaign

● Collaborate and coordinate efforts with larger development and advancement team

● Coordinate Phonathon

● Alumni engagement

● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

● Excellent written and oral communication skills.

● Relational skills.

● 1-5 years in customer service, alumni relations, fund raising or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
