We are always looking for ways to accelerate and amplify our efforts. As we transform to an aaS company, HPE is searching for an experienced senior leader to join the Office of the CTO (OCTO) team to lead Culture, Communities and Change.

Responsibilities

External communications Partnership:

  • Liaison with marketing, communications and other GTM functions to own and create a consistent technical CTO point of view across the market that signals an exciting balance of leadership in existing markets, innovation and thought leadership in new markets, and HPE as a trusted and reliable partner with a market-leading security and compliance posture

Internal communicationsPartnership:

  • Establishing a regular rhythm for engagement across organizations inside OCTO, across R&D and throughout HPE enabling teams to come together with common purpose and energy for our transformative goals, and clarity as to their own roles in our processes.
  • Elevate GreenLake’s visibility and brand by promoting GreenLake content through cross-company partnering.

Innovation programs:

  • Ownership for driving programs and events that provide the rallying point for technical innovation across the company

Culture, including communities and DEI

  • Ownership for programs that bring our communities together to enable inclusive working practices that create the environment for everyone in OCTO to do their best work.
  • Foster high employee engagement using employee feedback to drive culture programs and transformation.
  • Develop strategic plans to support organization Management of change.

CTO engagement:

  • Ownership for coordinating consistency and maximum value for our CTO Office's engagement with customers and partners.

In this role, you will report to the VP SPO for OCTO and form part of the leadership team for SPO for the Office of the CTO, managing a multi-level team that structures work with impact across audiences from internal (OCTO, R&D and HPE) to external (customers, partners, influencers). Your ability to infuse enthusiasm and a growth mindset will be critical to establishing and driving a fresh culture in a fresh organization.
