Job Summary
  • This role is responsible for managing supply chain processes for worldwide business unit with minimum supervision. The role reviews current business processes and performance metrics for regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role gathers and analyses data, creates reports and establishes management dashboards and review documents.

Responsibilities
  • Manages supply chain processes, such as costing and spending, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.
  • Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.
  • Supports the analysis conducted for backlog management.
  • Gathers demand data from country and region for demand planning.
  • Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams.
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Establishes and maintains management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to drive business outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional business unit planning teams.
  • Conducts ongoing operational training and readiness for new hires.

Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)

Per the Washington State statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in this location, at the time of this posting, is $47,350.00 - $72,900.00. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
