Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a dynamic Manager, Account Development to join our team.

Responsibilities – Managerial Contribution
Hire: Use your skills to interview and identify excellent SDR talent and ensure that they come on board.
Onboard: Use your experience onboarding new SDRs to give them an experience that teaches about the product, their role, and the company as well as ensure that they retain that knowledge after onboarding.
Classroom training: Identify and proactively reduce gaps in knowledge, skills, or experience by creating and conducting weekly Friday afternoon classroom trainings that not only impart knowledge but engage people so that they can absorb that knowledge.
Manage Performance: Develop your people’s performance to make sure they are overachieving and that anyone who isn’t is being given the support they need to overachieve.
Coaching: Dedicate 60% of your time to coaching your team daily using all the tools and strategies available to you to support a program that delivers continuous improvement in your teams’ performance and effectiveness.
Ensure SDRs develop and maintain effective account-based sales development plans to maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours and metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
Manage Behaviours/Activities: Manage your people’s behaviours and activities to overachieve and understand that outbound SDR’s are looking for an inspirational leader to follow who shows the way.
Engage in Personal Development: Take control of your personal development by engaging in training each year as well as working directly with the Global Director of Sales Development to receive coaching and training.
Work with Field Sales and Field Marketing to develop and enhance outbound calling strategies to penetrate target accounts.
Develop and enhance research strategies to target accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and successfully manage and overcome prospect objections in order to secure qualified meetings and expand Hexagon's presence.
Work as a tight managerial unit with your team to develop and initiate strategies, processes, training and onboarding strategies to continuously improve the performance of your regional team.
Understand what it means to create an energised and fun workspace that motivates and inspires SDR’s.
Do whatever it takes to remove any and all physical, mental and emotional obstacles in the path of your SDR’s and helping them to be the most successful version of themselves.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Requirements – Managerial Contribution
Experience: 2-5 years’ experience managing SDR teams
Coachable: We have a strong culture of giving positive and constructive feedback and it’s critical that you are comfortable receiving and implementing feedback.
Goal Oriented: You have specific goals you are striving for or specific expectations of who you are working towards becoming.
Desire to Coach: You have a format for how you coach, a cadence for when you coach, topics you are comfortable coaching on, and know how to follow up on coaching.
Experience Creating Campaigns: You have experience creating campaigns and are able to talk through the process you took to run that campaign and measure its success.
Real Experience of how to motivate: You have experience understanding the needs and desires of your people to tap into a deep-rooted motivation and understand that your actions set the tone for the team.
Retain Talent and Create a Winning Culture: You have experience making a team want to overachieve and know how to take your team to the next level together.
