What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sonographer III position at HexaQuEST Global?
Job Description
COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Anyone not receiving the COVID 19 vaccination must sign a declination. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign a Masking Protocol agreement and must mask during the respiratory virus season or as mandated by Infection Prevention.
This position performs a variety of ultrasound imaging procedures to provide data for diagnosis and monitoring of disease and injuries in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Requires competency in a variety of equipment and technology. Performs duties in a range of acute care pediatric-centered settings.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of ultrasound experience
Previous pediatric experience
Certification/License/Registry Requirements
ARDMS registered in at least four of the following: " OB/GYN " Abdomen" Neuro " Vascular " Pediatrics " Musculoskeletal " Breast. One of the four registries must be vascular.
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
