99-bed SNF, 100% inpatient, single facility, 40 hours guaranteed, flexible schedule, welcoming therapy team. PCC and Net Health (Rehab Optima) experience preferred but not required. Western Slope Health Center is located in Placerville, CA, a quaint gold rush town on the "western slope" of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. 45 minutes to Sacramento, 1 hour to South Lake Tahoe, 2-3 hours to Napa, San Francisco, Reno, and Yosemite National Park- this is the perfect location from which to plan all your Northern California exploration weekends!
