Heytutor is looking to hire part-time tutors to help K-12 students with basic ELA and Math. We have 50 positions available within the Inglewood area that we are looking to fill. This is a Part time / In Person position paying $19-24 per hour and we are aiming to start this role within the week.

Position: PK-12 School Tutor
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ current English and Spanish skills
- Help students work through their homework and study for exams
- Provide mentoring and social and emotional support by encouraging impactful, positive tutor-student relationships and increasing students’ motivation and engagement in learning
- Candidates who are currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or have an Associates or Bachelors degree. Some kind of experience with children would be considered
- Comfortable working in a classroom setting with grade school students
- Successfully complete a Background Check
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 12:30pm (4hr shift)
- *Please note the start times will vary between each school site depending on bell schedule*
- Pay is in between $19-24 per hour
