What are the responsibilities and job description for the Middle School Tutor position at HeyTutor?

JOB INFORMATION:
HeyTutor has partnered with a school district in Inglewood and we're looking to hire tutors who can assist students with English and Math during regular school hours. You will be working with students of all ages between K-12th.
You'll be actively supervising students as you help them catch up from learning gaps developed over the past school year.
You must be comfortable passing an IN-PERSON background check.

SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday. 6.5 hours per day.
50 Tutors needed during school (Roughly between 8am - 3pm)
REQUIREMENTS:
Tutoring experience (great at working with kids)
Emphasis on English and Math for Elementary, Middle and HS (Algebra1)
Comfortable working in a classroom setting
Clear FBI-DOJ background check (provided through us)
Negative TB Screening (provided through us)
Some college or currently enrolled in a community college/ university
PAY:
Pay ($19 - $24 ) depends on experience and is determined at the time of the interview
