- Represent HFA at client meetings.
- Conduct site visits and verify field conditions.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial, office, or retail projects.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to produce construction documents.
- Leadership skills and experience in building a cohesive team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
