Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of routine building maintenance and repairs in our automotive manufacturing plant. Our successful candidate should exhibit relative experience and knowledge of performing facilities maintenance tasks in a similar environment.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will assemble, repair, maintain, and move furniture, such as desks, cabinets, tables, chairs, shelves, and related fittings and fixtures, assist with essential assets, including building grounds, HVAC units, plumbing system, machinery, and electrical and lighting systems and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED.
· 2- 5 five years' facilities maintenance experience.
· Attention to detail.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Excellent problem-solving techniques.
Salary : $20 - $27
