Our HFM Agents are local to the areas they serve. Real Estate Agents must have an active sales license, and be willing to promote themselves and their business and prospect for sales. HFM Realty seeks full-time and part-time agents that would like a career in real estate. There is 24/7 support for all types of sales from our office including lead generation programs and agent assignments offered.

- Must have a real estate license.
- Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
- Able to demonstrate self-managing business ethics for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
- On-point and responsive to clients.
- Utilize technology via computer, printer, scanner, email, cellphone, and applications.
- Willing to receive training and one on one coaching.
- Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
