HFM Realty is a remote real estate company that can offer agents autonomy working flexible hours, days, and locations. New and veteran agents are encouraged to apply! Qualifications:
- Must have a real estate license.
- Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
- Able to demonstrate self-managing business ethics for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
- On-point and responsive to clients.
- Utilize technology via computer, printer, scanner, email, cellphone, and applications.
- Willing to receive training and one on one coaching.
- Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
Agent Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional RE Services to clients.
- Responsive in a timely manner for All transactions with buyers and sellers.
- Self manages, willing to receive ongoing training and support.
- Prospect for business and commitment in adhering to a business plan.
- Availability in a timely manner for clients, committing to appointments, open house, and closings.
- Maintain MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Membership.
- Willing to assist other agents as a team member.
- Communicate with the local and state community business referrals.
