Residential Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Residential Program Manager to oversee our residential program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting management with day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that staff and managers are supported and all residents receive high-quality care and support in a three-county area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision, guidance, support, and training to all AFC home managers
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential program
  • Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and support
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellence
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members
  • Ensure that all program activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Manage program budgets and resources
  • Prepare reports and other documentation as required

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in licensed AFC settings in progressively responsible positions
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed
