POSITION SUMMARY:
HGreg is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented, and outgoing service lot attendant. Our service lot attendants play a role in ensuring truly exceptional service by quality checking the vehicle appearance prior to delivering the vehicle to the customer. This position allows for growth opportunities as a service technician or other areas of the dealership as it will provide insight into the moving parts of the service department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and greet all customers promptly and professionally.
Inspect vehicles for any prior damage and document accordingly
Park vehicles or pull up vehicles from wash
Assist in washing cars when necessary
Clean shop, service lobby, and service drive
Make key tags
Stock service area as needed
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S., have a valid California driver license.
Standing/Walking for extended periods of time
Working in various weather conditions
Clean driving records
