WHAT YOU'LL DO
HHHunt Homes is a growing homebuilding operation looking for a strong, experienced New Home Advisor to join our sales team.
We are looking for a team member open to working in our neighborhoods in different areas around the region, starting in South Mills, NC.
The New Home Advisor represents HHHunt Homes by discovering the needs of prospects and helping them choose the ideal home and lifestyle to fit their needs.
- Serve as the front-line sales team
- Convert prospects into homeowners
- Prepare Home Purchase Agreements
- Ensure model homes are properly maintained and staffed
- Provide management with site-activity reports
REQUIREMENTS
Active North Carolina Real Estate license in good standing. Must hang license with HHHunt Homes.
