Graphic Designer with Prezi Experience

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Provide design support for our marketing and sales initiatives, as well as our home office and operations teams. As a key member of our in-house creative team, you'll work collaboratively with individuals and teams across the organization to develop impactful, on-brand, and strategic designs that directly contribute to our company's overall success.

This hybrid position offers a great work-life balance, with 3 days in our modern and welcoming office space and the flexibility to work 2 days remotely. This arrangement allows you to collaborate with your team members in-person while also having the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home or other preferred locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing design support for marketing and sales initiatives, operations teams, and home office departments.
• Design our Prezi presentation templates and create impactful, customized sales presentations to help drive business success.
• Ensure company brand standards, vision, and values are upheld across all materials.
• Bring attention to detail to everything you work on, ensuring cohesion and a consistent look and feel across all materials.
• Use design as a tool to effectively engage and win over prospective customers.
• Creatively translate content and marketing pieces into visually appealing design concepts such as graphics, branding elements, and infographics.
• Develop innovative design solutions that are both creative and brand-compliant.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions by pitching new and exciting creative ideas and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while completing deliverables on time with the highest quality and creativity standards.
• Act as a brand advocate and champion, ensuring compliance and delivering innovation to move the brand forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Expertise in Prezi with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to create customized, high-value sales presentations that leave a lasting impression.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and creative software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• A portfolio showcasing your design versatility, creativity, and ability to effectively engage prospective customers through impactful visuals. Examples of Prezi presentations you've designed are required. Corporate and food brand design examples in the portfolio are a plus.
