Essential Functions Statement(s)
1. Communicate with dispatch team on trucking needs at the well site
2. Maintain strong business relationships with key internal constituents in sales, transload operations, Safety, Environmental and Shared Services
3. Track accuracy between sand applications and truckers to determine current inventory and inventory needs on location
4. Coordinate, stage, and direct the off-loading of company assets and third-party trucks in and out of the well site
5. Create and monitor for a safe work environment by holding employees and 3rd party partners accountable for utilizing appropriate PPE and following safety standards
6. Monitor operations to limit site demurrage exposure
7. Intermediate troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical failures of equipment at the wellsite
8. Notify maintenance of container, belt, or equipment malfunctions or necessary maintenance
9. Assist in the training of operators in the field
10. Maintain accurate Job Safety Analyses (JSA’s)
11. Provide detailed and accurate daily status updates of wellsite operations to leadership and dispatch
12. Review and approve timesheets and PTO requests for frac site operators
13. Complete performance reviews for frac site operators
14. Mentor and coach frac site operators to engage, motivate, and develop
15. Maintaining a positive employee environment by adhering to all work rules
16. Maintaining compliance with company standards, procedures, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Sufficient education to complete written documentation and records; or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills and characteristics. Must be able to read and interpret work plans and orders, use simple math, and use basic hand held measuring tools.
Experience:Significant frac experience, specifically in E&P frac site operations, inventory management and logistics required Heavy Equipment Operations Experience Frac site coordination/supervisory Experience
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required (Word and Excel). Advanced computer skills preferred.
Certifications & Licenses: Safeland and H2S training and certifications
Other Requirements: Ability to prepare reports, using company software and/or MS Office tools Ability to read and interpret maps and give directions Must possess a valid drivers’ license Strong customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task several priorities at a time Ability to problem solve, think on feet and adapt to situations Ability to work as part of a team; strong sense of teamwork
