H I Management, a seasoned property management company, is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill a Maintenance Technician position for apartment communities in Ft Wayne, IN.
This is a full time position. Compensation package includes paid vacation, personal and sick days. A company sponsored 401k-retirement plan with mandatory employer contributions. *Qualifications
Position requires at least 1 year experience in on-site property maintenance and have EPA. Must be able to work at least a 40-hour work week and be available for emergency needs on weekends. Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
