Position Overview:
We're seeking natural-born leaders with a genuine passion for managing and leading a successful studio through revenue growth, profitable results, and operational excellence in every client interaction.. We need Studio Managers who take complete entrepreneurial ownership of their studio location and team.
Secondarily, we want our Studio Managers to lead and coach a team of dedicated Estheticians to deliver the Hi, skin brand promise of quality skincare, showing empathy and engagement, and growing a following of trusting and loyal client relationships.Our ideal candidate possesses a can-do attitude, an eagerness for personal and professional growth, and a relentless desire to excel!

Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the studio and, through your example, lead estheticians to provide exceptional care and services, while motivating the team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the studio grows through consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in revenues for services, memberships, and products. This growth is a direct reflection of your performance.
- Proactively oversee and support estheticians in achieving their individual revenue and client services goals, recognizing that their performance directly impacts your success.
- Lead team building efforts, including the recruitment, interviewing, training, and scheduling of top-tier talent.
- Drive client membership sales with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk full time.
- Cultivate and maintain a professional, impeccable environment for members, guests, and employees.
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
Skills:
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Possess a strong, charismatic, and engaging leadership personality that motivates and inspires.
- Bring a minimum of three years of experience managing large teams, showcasing your proven leadership skills.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for people and revenue growth, coupled with a high level of enthusiasm.
- Showcase strong organizational, planning, and computer skills.
- Previous retail or sales experience in a membership-based sales model is a significant advantage.
- Display excellent written, verbal communication skills, and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven success in a position of responsibility within a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting.
- Experience with the Boulevard booking platform is a valuable plus.
