Responsibilities
- Effectively manage studio admin and estheticians while motivating the team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the studio consistently exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in total revenue, memberships, products, boosters, and gift cards. This is a direct reflection of your performance.
- Proactively oversee and support estheticians in achieving their individual sales goals, recognizing that their performance directly reflects your success.
- Lead team building efforts, including the recruitment, interviewing, training, and scheduling of top-tier talent.
- Drive membership sales with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk full time.
- Cultivate and maintain a professional, impeccable environment for members, guests, and employees.
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
Skills
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Possess a strong, charismatic leadership personality that motivates and inspires.
- Bring a minimum of three years of experience managing large teams, showcasing your proven leadership skills.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for people and sales, coupled with a high level of enthusiasm.
- Showcase strong organizational, planning, and computer skills.
- Previous retail or sales experience in a membership-based sales model is a significant advantage.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven success in a position of responsibility within a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting.
- Experience with the Boulevard booking platform is a valuable plus.
Salaried position. Yearly pay depends on experience level and what can be brought to the role.
