Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments using a cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Prepare basic food items such as salads or appetizers
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest services
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and processing
Note: Prior experience as a server is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
