We are currently looking for a customer-focused Pest Control Technicians to join our amazing team.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the management and elimination of structural pests. The technician will properly report application of insecticides used on the project. The purpose of this position is to help ensure safe and pest free-living conditions for our residents.
Primary Responsibilities:

Identify pest problems and appropriate solution, apply chemical or mechanical devices in accordance with integrated Pest Management practices. Comply with all state, federal and local regulatory agencies. Must maintain all applicable certifications or licenses. Meet all work order response and completion times as defined in management plan.

Responsible for identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying chemicals in accordance with the product label, local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsible for recording chemical application data through electronic database and/or manual record keepoing

Periodically perform inventory control to ensure ample supply of materials is available
Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required
-
1 -3 years previous work experience required
-
State license for Pesticide Application required
-
Pest Control Applicators certification required
-
A current driver'slicense in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy

Full working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures and policies with the ability to use in varied situations

Must be able to pass respirator fit test, which may include removal of facial hair
-
Basic familiarity with computers; able to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications
-
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing
-
Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients and visitors

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, respectful manner
