Assembly Technician

We are a third-party vendor that provides assembly for Home Depot, Walmart, and other retailers. In other words, we build grills, wheelbarrows, toolboxes, carts, snow-throwers, fire-pits, and much much more!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WELL-SEASONED HANDYPERSON WHO IS MECHANICALLY INCLINED AND DEPENDABLE.

Ideal Candidates:

• Familiarity with basic hand tools and mechanically inclined
• Learn quickly and able to follow instructions
• Find motivation in speed challenges

- Must communicate well, be dependable, hardworking, and a team player

- Must be able to ensure a well-built product.

• Cordless Drill
• Basic Hand Tools
• Reliable Transportation
• Energy - This Job is Active and Physical!

Compensation:

• Commission based / piece work
• Average of $15-$25/hr
• Work at your own pace!

Pay is based on the amount of product you assemble. The more you build, the more you make! You will receive training that will help you learn to build faster and better.

There are opportunities to advance to a career position, with earning tiers from 50%, to 55%, to 58%, and then to salary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble grills, wheelbarrows, toolboxes, etc.
• Be able to follow detailed assembly instructions, guidelines, and procedure
• Communicate and work well with store-side staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

18 years old
