Basic Functions: The Bank aspires to maintain the best-in-class banking centers in which colleagues are well trained, friendly, proactive, knowledgeable, and who serve as a source of value to all clients. The Vice President, Banking Centers shall provide leadership, guidance, motivation and coaching for Banking Center colleagues, in alignment with this statement of purpose.

Essential Job Duties: The Vice President shall ensure that we operate top-flight banking centers. This shall be accomplished by (a) fostering an environment of personal accountability consistent with bank culture; (b) ensuring that all banking center colleagues have clear goals and development plans (they know what to do); (c) coordinating the management and monitoring of colleague efforts toward goal fulfillment (they do it); (d) ensuring that policies and procedures promote excellence in client service, compliance, and efficiency. He/she shall work with colleagues to ensure that our traditional and digital products and services are competitive and meet the needs of our marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 to 7 years demonstrated leadership and management experience in the banking industry.

The employee frequently is required to stand for extended periods of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to drive, travel to other banking center locations, as needed.

Must be available to work when banking center is open, including weekends and after-hour events, as needed. Hours may vary based upon business need.
