HID's Collections Team:

The Collections team works with internal and external customers in North America, reducing exposure to delinquent accounts. Based in Austin, TX and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, the collection team brings expertise to the table to meet the company's Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow targets.

As ourCollections Manager, you'll support HID's successby:

• Providing clear guidance and direct leadership to the Business-to-Business Collections team for daily collection activities
• Monitoring team metrics and goals on an individual level and as a collective
• Managing direct reports by training, motivating, and promoting career growth
• Evaluating effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures and improving the process, as necessary
• Cooperating with other finance teams for month end closing and reporting

YourExperienceand Education include:

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Collections in a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Experience with reporting solutions/tools: Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView, Salesforce, and MS Office applications
• Experience in Credit Analysis is a plus, but not required
