Hidden Lake Care Center is searching for an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to help lead our facility and collaborate with department mangers to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and financial success.. This role will be responsible for efficiently operating a building, maintaining census, and optimizing staff recruiting and retention as well as financial performance. Most importantly, the LNHA will ensure we are providing the best quality of care.

Responsibilities:
- Assure that the facility operates in full compliance with Federal and State regulations
- Ensure health care services to residents by planning and being accountable for all activities and departments of the facility subject to rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies
- Administer, direct, and coordinate all activities of the facility to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to residents
- Lead the facility management staff and consultants in developing and working from a company/facility business plan that focuses on all aspects of the facility operations
- Hires all department manager positions, ensure that they receive the training needed to be successful in their job
- Rounds frequently throughout the facility to monitor the delivery of nursing care, overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility
- Exhibits and promotes a positive customer service relationship to both internal as well as external customers
- Meet regularly with the residents of the facility to ensure that they are satisfied with the delivery of care
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Missouri with a license in good standing.
- Must have knowledge of state guidelines/ regulations in the State of Missouri
- Must be a collaborative, compassionate leader that is willing to be actively involved in day to day operations
