Marketing Coordinator

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns and events.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Help produce marketing campaigns around all events and sales opportunities
• Create sponsorship packages and marketing campaigns for such
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums.
• Create, schedule and post all social media facebook / instagram / tik tok / YouTube ect. for all Hidden Lake festival & events and private events
• Create marketing material ie flyers, signs, postcards ect.
• Track and manage success of marketing campaigns
• Updates to website or web direction to creative team
• Loading current events into our booking software platform

Education /Experience:

• A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools (including traditional and digital marketing) and content management systems.
• Experience in creating and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Working knowledge of website design preferably WIX, not required but desired
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to data
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and /or working knowledge in Canva
• Must be a detail-oriented team-player with the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to produce high-quality deliverables under strict deadlines.
• Savvy with social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Google Ads a plus

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking skills, strategic mindset, and ability to track predefined metrics.
• Experience in creating and hosting meetings and events both in-person and online.
• Regular use of social networks and communities.
• Passion for creating engaging videos, memes, gifs.
• Active digital presence, engaged with campus life and college students both in-person and online.
• Interest in digital media and entertainment, communications, business, marketing, social media, sales, and project management.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
