The Media Coordinator is responsible for execution and management of digital media, including video, audio, display, social and other tactics. This person will help execute our client’s media buys, providing hands-on management of our client’s business. The Media Coordinator collaborates with internal teams to interpret real-time performance insights, determine winning creative/target/bid strategies, and optimize campaigns by using data, target knowledge and creative solutions. This role will help build strategic proposals, provide analytical reports and help drive improvement of our media partner relationships.
While intern or previous experience is a plus, the ideal candidate is good with numbers, eager to ask questions and have the right curiosity to solve marketing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate audience, inventory and placement scenarios associated with digital buys, with significant ownership of the media buying process
- Execute digital media campaigns on behalf of clients, including campaign set-up, billing/invoicing, and QA
- Own the daily maintenance and optimization of digital media campaigns to successfully deliver against established KPIs
- Analyze data regularly and compile cadenced reports with performance insights that drive actionable, strategic campaign shifts. Own reporting within our dashboard, including data integrity
- Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses, competition and latest industry news and trends
Qualifications
- Internship or other relevant digital media execution experience
- Proficiency in researching a topic, creating a proposal, and backing ideas with data.
- Mathematic and analytical skills, as well as Excel knowledge. Ability to analyze data and research in order to formulate actionable plans.
- Bias for transparent and open dialogue and an always-learning lens
- This position is a hybrid position. You must be able to be on-site Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday weekly.
- Ability to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary : $35,600 - $45,100
