Higginbotham Automobiles is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our Corporate Mercedes team in supporting our dealership staff and customers.

As a Billing Clerk you will handle all facets of billing vehicle deals including break down of contracts, motor vehicle paperwork and packaging of the deal for delivery to the financial institution.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables / liabilities and calculates sales commissions
  • Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions
  • Process products and cancellations
  • Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
  • Incentive Reconciliations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years Billing preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Computer literate and must be able to learn Company software
