Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Insurance Client Service Manager for our Austin, TX office.
Client Service Managers at this location assist the account managers in maintain insurance policies for the clients. Some of the daily job tasks include: - Invoicing policies - Endorsements - Audits - Cancellations
Location:
Austin, Texas
Hybrid schedule (must live within commutable distance from the Austin office)
Experience:
3-5 years of commercial insurance experience required
General Insurance License required
Systems:
EPIC (AMS) experience is preferred, but not required
Other AMS or CRM software experience is preferred, but not required
