RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Remove used dishware, cutlery and glassware in a timely fashion and set table appropriately for the next customer
- Maintain dining area and other customer areas such as utensil stations and customer handoff area clean and free of debris
- Work collaboratively with team to ensure seamless customer service and workplace efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 years working in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, managers and customers
- Possess a valid Food Handler's Card or obtain one during training upon hire as required by law
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
