High Ground Logistics, Inc is currently seeking young individuals and college students for seasonal, part time and full time positions. We are looking for experienced, dedicated and hard working individuals with quality customer service skills who are capable of attaining and managing a delivery driver route.

Position: FedEx Local Pickup and Delivery Driver out of the South Bend, IN terminal

Responsibilities:

• Delivering and Transporting packages to our companies clientele in a safe and timely manner.
• Loading and unloading packages in our company vehicles.
• Performing pickups at the designated location on the correct scheduled time.

Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older

2.Outstanding organizational and time management

3. Ability to pass a DOT physical, extensive background check and drug screen

4. Must have a valid Chauffeur's license

5. Follow routes and time schedule

6. Must be able to lift up to 150lbs

7. Minimum of (1) year of on the job driving experience (Lyft, Uber, Doordash, lawn care, etc)

8. Ability to work in a safety oriented, fast paced, physically demanding environment

Pay:

• Direct deposits weekly
• Opportunity for review and a raise at the end of the 90-day period

Work Location: On the road
