What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Bartender position at High Hotels Ltd.?
High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality.
As a Bartender at High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible to accurately take guest orders and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. This position is located at the SpringHill Suites on West Drive in Center Valley, PA.
We are seeking a Full-time candidate with the availability to work from 4:00PM-11:00PM (end time may fluctuate depending on business demands) on varying days including weekends and holidays.
Starting Rate: $12.00-$12.75/hr., depending on experience. Plus tips!
Areas of responsibility for our bartenders include:
- Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
- Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards.
- Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
- Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff.
- Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.
Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous bartending experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Must be capable of accurately handling money.
- Reading, math, and communication skills.
- Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.
- Adhere to brand and company standards.
