Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at High Point ABA, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to providing compassionate and client-centered services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide high-quality behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders, and have the opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child. Hours are flexible and within the following timeframes: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 8am-1pm

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's)
• Conduct direct, one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
• Collect and analyze behavior data to track progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including BCBAs, parents, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
• Paid clinical training
• Active RBT credential, preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors, and quickly move from a seated to standing position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
