Behavior Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at High Point ABA, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to providing compassionate and client-centered services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide high-quality behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders, and have the opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child. Hours are flexible and within the following timeframes: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 8am-1pm
Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's)
Conduct direct, one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
Collect and analyze behavior data to track progress
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including BCBAs, parents, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Paid clinical training
Active RBT credential, preferred
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors, and quickly move from a seated to standing position
