Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Professional at High-Tech Flooring and Design in Austin, TX. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and support through effective communication and analytical skills. The position requires outstanding customer service with a focus on resolving any complaints or issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Analytical Skills for resolving customer complaints or issues
- Excellent Communication skills including active listening and problem-solving
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the flooring or home design industry is a plus
- Demonstrate empathy, service, and leadership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.64 - $22.45 per hour
