Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
- Collaborates with customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to customers.
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
- Lead scrum teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and agile product roadmap to strategic goals.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.
- Research and analyze the market, users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Follow competitors and the industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 3 years of experience in development
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
