Responsibilities
Job Description:

- Knowledge of Benefits1 Simplify Healthcare and other cloud-based systems
- Undergraduate degree with 5 years of direct application/systems analysis experience with
- 5 years Experience in Healthcare Industry with focus on benefits (benefits, claims,
- Understanding for FACETS application (front end and back end)
- Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural
- Proactive and independent worker with a team mindset, collaborates well with others, and
- Project Management Skills
- Very good communication and facilitation skills to communicate with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Strong facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and/or problem resolution
- Project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid PC skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret and present
- Ability to prioritize and successfully coordinate work of others
