Your Role:
As our Assistant Store Manager & Shift Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our store. While you'll have some management responsibilities, your primary focus will be leading by example as a hands-on Shift Lead. You'll be the go-to person during your shifts, ensuring smooth operations, providing guidance to the team, and delivering top-notch unparalleled customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager in training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Motivate team to sell products with enthusiasm.
- Communicate current and ongoing sales and deals with team.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in decision-making processes.
What We Looking For:
- Previous retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Must be 21
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of I502 industry rules and regulations.
- Familiarity or working knowledge of the products we carry.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Salary
$25.5 - $31.5 per hour
