The Position Responsible for the coordination of loss prevention and risk functions to minimize loss, liabilities, and protect company assets. This is a multi-store position and will have direct responsibilities for all our retail locations. This role will develop and implement an end-to-end loss-and risk prevention program. This role will report directly to the Company's Compliance and Loss Prevention Director.
Individual will work together with the company’s leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program and process development is aligned with the organization's strategy; collaborate and drive the continued progression of loss prevention and risk management standard practices.
Responsibilities include (not in order of priority and not limited to):
- Manage and plan the day-to-day administration.
- Act as eyes and ears for the leadership team, and make recommendations as needed.
- Communicate on a consistent basis with team members, supervisors, colleagues, providing input on project goals, objectives, and operations.
- Additional activities may include tracking and reporting on activities, preparing reports, and planning.

Job overview:
Under supervision this position performs a variety of tasks of moderate complexity and scope to reflect the corporations need to implement a loss prevention and risk management program.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day tasks on an end-to-end, comprehensive, and scalable enterprise risk and loss prevention program.
- Provide proactive and ongoing substantive guidance to cross-functional stakeholders and teams as a central leader of the enterprise risk and loss prevention program.
- Implement and execute a program that includes enterprise risk registers, control testings, policy management, audit procedures, and others as required.
- Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to drive program activities, including:
o Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for implementation and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise risk and loss prevention program.
o Conduct program reviews across functional business areas.
o Provide leadership team with program updates.
o Manage program reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of market best practices and regulatory requirements
- Outstanding relationship management capability, including dealing confidently with leadership and stakeholders and proven ability to influence them to drive change.
- Oversee program improvements and enhancements.
- Establish a robust set of SOP, KPI scorecard, and operating cadence for operations
- Develop weekly exception-based reporting, using information with Dutchie and other line of business systems to identify and support investigations into incidents of internal theft and fraud.
- Work with Finance partners to develop accurate reporting regarding true cash loss in retail locations.
- Immediate support of active investigations through targeted CCTV video review and dedicated CCTV surveillance.
- Communicates Information between the executive and staff members verbally and/ or in writing.
- Coordinates the completion and maintenance of sensitive data.
- Prepares presentations as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business administration, or related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective organization and management of multiple priorities in a complex environment
- 1-5 years of related experience in a loss prevention role
- Excel proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formulas, etc.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to review data, identify trends and assist in generating solutions.
- Individual in this position must maintain a professional demeanor in all situations and be able to withhold confidential information, must be flexible, have excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all revels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
