Our client, a San Antonio-based Engineering Consulting firm, is urgently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will apply your skills to a variety of projects, including municipal, commercial and residential. Responsibilities include:
- Develop civil site drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility plans, and draining plans
- Perform calculations and develop specifications for construction drawing sets
- Prepare conceptual site layouts and review local ordinances to ensure compliance with planning, zoning, and building permitting requirements
- See projects through to sign and sealing of drawings
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) designation in the state of TX
- 5 yrs experience in civil engineering design
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD-Civil 3D
