WHAT YOU DO
Using your knowledge, skills, and eye for detail, you will complete preventative maintenance tasks in the property kitchens. You will analyze, inspect, troubleshoot, etc. all kitchen appliances, commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Daily rounds, checklists, preventative maintenance program, and maintaining the hotel equipment are all part of the day to day.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a passionate and detail orientated person who takes great pride in maintaining facilities to ensure our guests have a seamless experience. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment with new and exciting challenges every day and are able to adapt to rapid changes in priorities. You bring a wide variety of knowledge and skills to the team, yet you are eager to learn new things. You are an important piece of the puzzle that keeps guests returning for another visit. You have two to three years general maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel environment. You have solid skills in at least one of the following areas - HVAC, electrical, painting & wallpaper, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment. You are able to work on your feet for the majority of an eight-hour shift and can safely lift up to 50 lbs.
