The Women's Outreach Program in Floyd County is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse!
Job Responsibilities include:
Complete nursing assessments and document accordingly for Residential, SAIOP, and LOFT program
Monitor MAR's for accuracy
Complete incident reports as indicated and inform nurse manager.
Become proficient in Electronic Health Records computer system.
Conducts drug screens and sends to the lab and retrieves results
Answers and directs calls
Orders and tracks medical supplies
Conducts TB Skin Test/read
Other duties as assigned by Program Manager
Maintain Nurse Schedules and PTO
Manage Nurses working at Women's Outreach
Associates in nursing
Licensed as RN per the State of Georgia
1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Bilingual abilities a plus
