We are seeking a detailed Order Entry Administrator to join our Operations Team. Reporting to the Manager, Production Planning & Supply Chain, The ideal candidate will have significant experience with order processing, inventory tracking, and data management. In this role, you will ensure accurate order entry, inventory control and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP System
- Verify orders for correct price, part number and description per standard catalog listings
- Work closely with the Planning Team to review customer requirements and parts availability
- Process Field Service Requests for inventory and replacement parts
- Create Internal RMAs for defective material that needs to be returned to HighRes
- Monitor stock levels for the Service Team and coordinate with the Purchasing and Planning departments to replenish inventory as needed
- Run weekly Sales Order reports to ensure all deliveries are met
- Prepares entries to associated records, documents and logs such as sales order log, booking records and customer log
- Coordinate standard customer inquiries concerning order status, ship dates, price quotes, availability and related questions where answers are easily obtained
- Assist with the maintenance of customer records and files
- Escalate complex or difficult customer inquiries to senior level personnel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associates in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience with order entry and accounts receivable or inventory management a strong plus
- Experience with data entry required
- Strong attention to detail required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP System a plus
