About the Role
As an HR Specialist, you will be the first line of contact for Highspot’s employees and a critical part of keeping our People Engine running smoothly. This role will partner with various HR and IT teams to coordinate people operations and ensure data integrity. You will be the liaison for our employees ensuring that HR-related inquiries are handled with expertise, promptness, and a customer-first attitude. You will work with our managers and employees to foster a culture that aligns with Highspot’s guiding principles.
