About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced People and Organizational Development Consultant who understands how to deliver value to businesses through innovative, strategically aligned, people-focused initiatives and programs. This role will primarily focus on Learning & Development (L&D) for Individual Contributors and People Managers, Organizational Development (OD) and Change Management. This role reports to the Head of People and Organizational Development (POD) Center of Excellence and will partner across the People team to ensure global equity, inclusion and alignment.
A broad organizational development mindset, skillset and demonstrated use of tools and methodology will be critical to success. This role will leverage data to inform decisions, expertise and strong communication skills to build relationships and interact with diverse sets of stakeholders including senior leaders, and thoughtful planning to positively impact organizational effectiveness and performance.
