Hightop Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be a high-achieving brand ambassador for the Hightop family of brands which includes four restaurant brands, four catering companies, and five event venues.
As a part of the Hightop Hospitality team, you will collaborate daily with a variety of team members and partners in marketing, operations, and design.

Your main duties will include:
· Ideate and create monthly content plans for all brands consistent with the brand voice on various social media platforms through HeyOrca!
· Manage third party vendor with additional social media related content (stories, Pinterest, etc.)
· Manage the email marketing programs for restaurant concepts, work with our ad agency and with franchise partners on email message creation.
· Monitor and coordinate day-to-day marketing projects, timelines, and communication to help drive marketing projects to successful completion.
· Direct all content additions and deletions to our brand websites.
· Oversee our internal advertising resources platform.
· Communicate with outside agencies, franchise partners and internal team members.
· Assist with creating and implementing marketing plans.
· Work with franchisees on local restaurant marketing initiatives.
· Be involved with the menu development process including menu review, photography, and communication with third parties.
· Partner with marketing department to communicate clearly on content, decisions, timing and project status to ensure cohesion and alignment.
· Develop original blogs for event venue and catering concepts.
· Contribute content/ideas for various marketing and sales initiatives.
· Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics.
- Strong creative writing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Experience building a marketing plan.
- Must be self-motivated, independent and organized.
- Positions is on-site located in St. Paul, Minnesota
Education/Certification Requirements
- College degree required. Marketing or Communications preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years in marketing, brand strategy or marketing communications.
- Social media experience a plus.
