HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Tivoli Engineer to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts. The Senior Tivoli Engineer role is responsible for providing operational support for the judiciary IBM Tivoli platform. The candidate should have experience with maintaining an enterprise deployment of IBM ISVA/ISVG products including designing, implementing, and maintain secure solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues and providing technical support. The candidate must be able to work in a rapid paced environment and must be able to work independently. To be successful, this candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
This position will be 100% remote.

What you will do
- Significant work experience installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting IBM Security Verify Governance / Identity Manage
- Experience should include installation, automation, clustering, patching, backups, and other administration activities.
- Knowledge of various reverse proxy integration methods with backend systems is a must
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Access Governance (IAG) concepts and prior working experience with IAM tools
- Knowledge and understanding of LDAP and other directory technology including virtual directory (Schema, Directory Information Tree, Disaster Recovery, and backup)
- Knowledge and understanding of security practices as relates to Web Access Management, federation, cross domain authentication, multifactor authentication and other advanced authentication/authorization technology
- Knowledge and experience with federation standards SAML, OpenID Connect, Oauth
- Troubleshooting/Debugging Skills: Splunk, WireShark, SAML Tracer, Fiddler, Application Performance Management tools, and SIEM platforms
- Able to create and update provisioning policies
- Able to implement joiner, mover leaver functionality
- Familiar with workflow creation and modification
- Python and Bash programming
- Able to write and modify Security Directory Integrator Assembly Lines
- Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
- LDAP Replication configuration
- Identity and Access Management (IdAM)
- Multi-Factor Authentication
- Single Sign On (SSO)
- Significant Web Access Management (WAM) administration experience
- Automation scripting
- Experience with WebSphere application service
- Providing knowledge transfer and hands-on training of other team members
What you must have
- 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
- 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting IBM Tivoli products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of using Splunk and CyberArk
