Position Summary
Under general supervision, the Program Integrator will provide performing programmatic support to the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) product office to include document preparation of acquisition milestone objectives and sequencing of current budget execution and future budget planning for the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program office.
This position will support the PEO Aviation FLRAA office in Huntsville, AL. FLRAA is a Future Vertical Lift (FVL) program and the Army's third modernization priority. PM FLRAA is tasked with developing, testing, procuring, fielding, and maintaining the FLRAA Weapon System.
This position is contingent on a contract award expected on or about February 1, 2022.
Duties and Responsibilities
This function requires alignment of funding obligation schedules with contract award timelines, maintaining accurate data, coordination with external Program Office DOD Agencies and non DOD agencies, generation of reports and presentations for Product and Project Office leadership, attendance at Product Office meetings, and support of other program management activities as required. Coordinate, Logistics, Engineering, Budget, Cost, Test and Evaluation, and Configuration Management. Requires program management experience and relevant experience with FLRAA procurement requirements and developmental efforts to support the existing and emerging Modernization and Architectures air vehicle requirements.
• Will assist in preparing contract requirement packages, statements of work, acquisition strategies, acquisition plans, and other required programmatic documentation.
• Will prepare consolidate inputs and prepare product office briefings for senior leadership.
• Will interface with internal and external personnel regarding FLRAA products.
• Will assist in coordinating the stakeholders working groups for emerging FLRAA requirements.
• Will provide assistance in the preparation of Unfunded Requirements and their prioritization according to the proponency.
• Will assist the customer with requirements analysis, implementation, and compliance with engineering directives and procedures.
• Will coordinate inputs for the development of implementation schedules.
• Will perform critical path and risk analyses on the integrated master schedule to determine schedule realism and schedule drivers.
• Will analyze and/or develop programmatic and technical documentation
• Will provide aviation, operational, and technical expertise to conferences, briefings, meetings, and working groups.
• Will coordinate and ensure management officials and team members are aware of all product activities.
• Will manage dynamic calendars to include numerous calendar events, unclassified and classified meetings, teleconferences and video teleconferences
• Will interface with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the Army.
• Will develop PowerPoint briefings, Excel spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Will independently review incoming/outgoing documentation/briefings for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation and format.
• Uses independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high¿pace and detail oriented environment.
• Provides recommendations for test requirements, acceptance criteria, and measuring programs.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. Master’s degree preferred. 7-12 years of experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must be knowledgeable in Army Aviation systems and DoD 5000.2 processes.
Effective customer and organizational level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint.
