HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Flight Controller to support mission planning and provide live mission execution during ABM and other WIC syllabus mission support as directed by the 8th WPS at Nellis AFB, Nevada.

What You Will Do:
- Perform at an IABM WO-level during mission briefings, execution, and debriefings.
- Attend all required mission briefings and debriefings, provide valid, constructive debriefing comments, and identify and report student trends to the appropriate Syllabus Phase Manager.
- Provide instruction support during syllabus mission execution and as directed by the 8th WPS/CC.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- USAF Green Flag, Red Flag, or comparable exercise experience.
- Top Secret DoD clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience Combat Mission Ready (CMR) as an USAF Air Battle Manager (ABM) 13BXX/17XX OR USAF Enlisted Weapons Director (EWD) 1C5DX OR DoD equivalent. Current/recent qualified IQT/MQT highly desired.
- Five (5) years of experience working in a DoD flying squadron, group, wing, OR air operations (e.g. BCS, BCC, MCS, MCE, AWACS) training program.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
- USAFWS Weapons School Instructor Course (WIC) Graduate "patch wearer" or comparable course (e.g. CATAC) highly desired.
